After you press send

No black box, no waiting.

The most common reason a good enquiry dies is silence. Here is exactly what happens, and when.

  1. 01 Today

    You send the brief

Two minutes. No account, no scheduling link, no chatbot asking qualifying questions before it will let you speak to anyone.

  2. 02 Within one business day

A person reads it and replies

Not an autoresponder. You get an honest read on whether this is work we should be doing, and what we would build first — even when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

  3. 03 That week, if you want it

    Thirty minutes on a call

Optional, and it is a working session rather than a pitch. If a call would not add anything, we skip it and stay in writing.

  4. 04 Within three working days

A written scope with a fixed price

What we would build, in what order, by when, for exactly how much. It is yours to keep, take to another team, or ignore. There is no fee and no obligation attached to it.

A printed scope document squared on a desk beside a fountain pen and a cup of coffee.

Before you ask

What would this cost, roughly?

Most agencies make you book a call to find out. Pick what sounds like you and see a range in about ten seconds. It is indicative, not a quote — the real number is fixed and written before anything begins.

01 What kind of business is it?
02 What hurts most right now?
03 What should we build? choose any number

The brief

Write it in your own words.

Everything except your name, email and the last question is optional. Write as little or as much as you like.

Brief received.

Thank you. You will get a reply within one business day, written by a person, with an honest read and a first suggestion. If it is urgent, email contact@zegleragency.com.

Before you write

What you are actually dealing with.

Four things worth knowing about how this works, including the ones most agencies leave for you to discover later.

  • 01

AI does the work. A person is accountable for it.

We build with AI and we say so — that is the whole offer. What we do not do is put AI between you and us. Every reply, every scope and every price on this site was written and checked by a person whose name you will know.

  • 02

You will always know what it costs before we start

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing. If we misjudge the effort, that is ours to absorb. You will never receive an invoice you did not expect.

  • 03

You own everything, from day one

Repositories, domains, ad accounts, prompts, data and documentation are yours as they are made — not handed over at the end if the relationship stays friendly.

  • 04

We say no when it is the right answer

We take two new projects a quarter. If yours is not a fit, or the money would be better spent somewhere else first, we will tell you that instead of selling you a retainer.

Questions

Asked before signing.

If yours is not here, ask it directly - you will get a straight answer, not a call booking.

Write anyway. A good part of what we send back is which thing to fix first, and plenty of those answers cost nothing and need no agency. You are not signing up to anything by asking.

No. You get the written scope and price for free, and you keep it. If you take it to another team and they build it cheaper, that is a fair outcome and it happens.

The smallest sensible piece is usually one system — an AI receptionist, a booking flow, one automated workflow. Around $4,000. We would rather start there and earn the next piece than sell you everything at once.

The person who replies to your brief is the person who builds it. We are deliberately small. If that ever changes, you will be told who is on your project before they touch it.

No. The work is remote, in English, French or Arabic, and the weekly demo happens on a call at a time that suits you. Payment is by bank transfer or card.
