The gap
A website is a brochure. A system is an employee.
Most businesses are running on parts: a site built two years ago, a social account, a spreadsheet of leads, and an inbox nobody has time to answer.
The parts don't talk to each other. So the work lands on people - and growth stops at the limit of how many hours they have.
01
Scattered vendors
A designer here, a developer there, an ads freelancer somewhere else. Four invoices, four calendars, four versions of your brand.
Nobody owns the outcome
02
Manual operations
Enquiries sit in an inbox. Bookings happen by phone. Follow-ups depend on someone remembering. Every step needs a human to move it.
Revenue lost to response time
03
Traffic without conversion
You pay for attention, then send it to a page that explains everything and convinces no one. Interest arrives and quietly leaves.
Demand you already paid for
04
Decisions without data
No one can say which channel produced last month's best customer, or what a lead actually costs. So budget follows opinion.
Spend guided by instinct
AI changed what a small team can operate. The businesses that win the next decade won't hire more people to do the work - they'll design the system that does it.
Eight disciplines, one accountable team. Engage us for a single capability or hand us the whole stack - the work connects either way.
Sites and web apps engineered around one question: what should the visitor do next? Fast, accessible, effortless to update - built on a design system your brand can grow into, not a template you'll outgrow.
Core Web Vitals, accessibility and SEO in the green
We map the workflows that eat your week - quoting, onboarding, invoicing, reporting, follow-up - and rebuild them as automations that run whether or not anyone is at a desk. Humans approve; software does the typing.
Agents trained on your offer, your tone and your rules. They answer the phone, reply to messages, qualify buyers, book the meeting and hand over to a person the moment it matters - with a transcript of every word.
Identity that holds up at every size - a logo, yes, but also the type, colour, tone and rules that make you recognisable before anyone reads a word. Delivered as a working system, not a PDF nobody opens.
The bottleneck is rarely ideas - it's volume. We build a content engine where one shoot or one interview becomes a month of assets, drafted with AI, finished by people who care how it reads.
From first click to signed contract, one path with no leaks. We build the capture, the qualification, the follow-up and the reporting - so you know what a customer costs and where the next one comes from.
Paid, organic and lifecycle run as one programme against one number. We start where the money is nearest, prove it, then widen - every test documented, every budget decision traceable.
Where AI genuinely pays in your business - and where it's theatre. We produce a costed roadmap, the governance to keep it safe, and a dashboard that tells the truth about what's working.
Not features - outcomes. Each of these is a working system we design, build, connect to your tools and hand over documented.
System 01
AI Receptionist
Answers every call and message in seconds - day, night, holiday. It knows your services, your hours and your prices, takes the details, and books or escalates. No missed enquiry, no voicemail nobody returns.
Availability, deposits, reminders and rescheduling handled end to end. Your calendar fills itself and empty slots stop being invisible - while no-shows get chased before they happen.
Every new lead is enriched, scored and routed within a minute of arriving. Your team spends its hours on the people who can actually buy, and the rest are nurtured automatically until they can.
Grounded in your own documentation, order data and policies - so it answers from fact, not imagination. It resolves the repetitive 70% and hands the rest to your team with the context already gathered.
A CRM that maintains itself. Contacts, notes, call summaries and next steps are written automatically after every interaction - so the pipeline reflects reality without anyone doing data entry.
A storefront engineered for average order value and repeat purchase, not just page views. Fast, considered, and wired to the back office so operations don't collapse when volume arrives.
One screen with the numbers that decide the week: leads, cost per acquisition, bookings, revenue, response times, capacity. Refreshed automatically, and honest about what it can't yet measure.
Campaigns that keep running between campaigns. Content is produced on a cadence, distributed across channels, and every lifecycle message fires on behaviour rather than on someone's to-do list.
Most agency risk comes down to three questions: will it be finished, will it work, and will you be stuck with us afterwards. Here's our answer to all three.
The freelancer
One skill, one person
Excellent at their craft, unavailable for the rest
You become the project manager
Capacity ends where their week ends
Handover depends on goodwill
The traditional agency
Layers, retainers, decks
Sold by seniors, built by juniors
Billed by the hour, not by the outcome
Marketing detached from what you actually operate
Automation quoted as a separate project
Zegler
One team, one system
Strategy, design, engineering and AI in one room
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before we start
A working demo every week - never a status email
You own the code, the data and every account
Built as one system
Brand, site, automation and campaigns are designed together. Nothing is bolted on later, so nothing quietly breaks.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You approve a written scope and a number. If we misjudge the effort, that's ours to absorb - not an invoice you didn't expect.
You own everything
Repositories, domains, ad accounts, prompts and data are yours from day one, documented well enough for anyone to take over.
Measured, or it didn't happen
Every engagement starts with the metric it must move, and ends with the evidence of whether it did.
Where the six weeks actually happen.
Process
Six weeks from first call to live system.
A deliberately short path with no mystery in it. You see working software from week two and know exactly what happens next, every week, until launch.
We map how your business actually makes money today: where leads come from, where they stall, and which hours your team loses to work software should be doing.
Deliverable: Opportunity map & success metric
Strategize
Week 1-2
We choose the smallest system that moves the metric, price it, and write down what's in and what isn't. You approve scope before a line of code exists.
Deliverable: Fixed scope, price & architecture
Build
Week 2-5
Brand, interface and engineering advance together in weekly cycles. Every Friday you get a link to something real, not a progress report.
Deliverable: Weekly working demo
Automate
Week 4-6
Agents and workflows are connected to your calendar, CRM and payments, then tested against real scenarios - including the awkward ones.
Deliverable: Live automations & test log
Launch
Week 6-7
Performance, accessibility, tracking and security checked before release. Your team is trained on the system and handed the documentation.
Deliverable: Launch, training & handover
Grow
Ongoing
We watch the numbers with you, run the next tests, and extend the system where it earns. Month to month - you can stop whenever it stops paying.
Deliverable: Monthly growth review
Selected work
Built, shipped, measured.
Each engagement is scoped around a single number. Below: the shape of the systems we deliver and the metric each one is built to move.
Healthcare · Multi-site clinicSample build
The clinic that stopped missing calls
Reception was answering two of every three calls in peak hours. We built an AI receptionist with live calendar access, a self-service booking flow, deposit handling and a reminder sequence - then rebuilt the site around one action: book an appointment.

Retail · Direct-to-consumerSample build
A storefront that sells twice
Headless rebuild with an AI product finder, then lifecycle flows for recovery, replenishment and win-back - so the second order stops depending on paid traffic.

Partners who only take real meetings
Enquiries enriched and scored on arrival, unqualified leads nurtured automatically, and a self-maintaining CRM that writes its own call notes and next steps.

Questions
Asked before signing.
The six that come up on every first call. If yours is not here, ask it directly and you will get a straight answer rather than a booking link.
Engagements start at $5,000 and most land between $5,000 and $12,000 depending on how much of the system you take. Every project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope before any work begins, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Four to eight weeks for most builds. You see working software from week two, and a demo every Friday until launch. If something is going to take longer, you hear it in week one rather than in week six.
Usually not. Automation, agents, lead handling and reporting can all be installed on the site you already run. We only recommend rebuilding when the front end is provably the thing costing you customers, and we will show you the evidence before suggesting it.
No. You need to know where your business loses time and money. We translate that into the system, then train your team on the parts they touch. Nobody on your side has to learn a new discipline.
You do, from day one. The code, the domains, the ad accounts, the data, the prompts and the documentation are yours, written so that any competent team could take over. We keep no hostages.
English, French and Arabic, including agents that switch mid-conversation depending on what the customer uses.
